Methylcobalamin B12

What are the differences in vitamin B12?

Cyanocobalamin is the most common form of vitamin B12, found in pharmacies. You will be surprised that this form of vitamin B 12 does not occur in plants or animal tissue. In other words, it would be impossible to find this component chemically synthesized in nature. As the name implies, cyanocobalamin contains a cyanide molecule. Many know this as poisonous cyanide. However, from a toxicological point of view the amount of cyanide present in a common B12 supplement is small and considered insignificant. Either way the body needs to eliminate this component through detoxification systems through glutathione substance which is of paramount importance in this process scavenger of cyanide.

Compared with cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin is better absorbed and retained within the tissues, in other words: it is used more efficiently. Methylcobalamin is metabolized by the liver, brain and nervous system.

Methylcobalamin is a specific form of B12 needed for nervous system health. It should be the ideal choice to optimize the system. Muscle rigidity is a sign of B12 deficiency such as tingling or numbness, burning, cramping, pain in nerve endings and slow reflexes.

Elevated homocysteine ??is a metabolic indicator of low levels of coenzyme forms of vitamin B12, especially methylcobalamin. That homocysteine ??has been emphasizing the medical literature, for its association with heart disease and others. The advertising warning about the importance of folic acid as a necessary measure to lower homocysteine ??levels. The combination of folic acid and methylcobalamin works more effectively.

The most studied use of methylcobalamin has to do with sleep. While we are still not clear on this function, it is likely that methylcobalamin is needed for the synthesis of melatonin. You can modulate melatonin secretion, enhance light sensitivity, and normalize the circadian rhythm (your 24-hour clock) thus supplementing B 12 people have improved the quality of sleep, feeling more refreshed upon awakening.

Methylcobalamin is particularly effective in leveling the 24 hour clock. It is therefore advisable to combine supplementation of methylcobalamin, with exposure to sunlight in the morning, this contributes to the regulation of 24-hour clock.

Methylcobalamin not only regulates its circadian cycle, but also helps regulate stress hormone cortisol. Particularly important in those with blood type A and AB. Other benefits include achieving maintain stable body temperature throughout the day as well as improved level of concentration, especially in those with blood type A and B.

Many people are finding medical weight loss programs the answer to your weight loss needs. One key part of these programs are Lipotropics such as injections of MIC. Lipotropics are simply substances that help your body burn fat. There are many possible combinations but the most popular are injections of MIC. Many of the MIC injections also contain vitamin b-12, another lipotropic. While many people would love to have your weight loss made in a shot many are unsure what MIC Injections are. While these injections can contain a variety of vitamins and amino acids have three main ingredients.

Methionine- Methionine is an amino acid known to reduce fat and lower cholesterol, it also plays an important role in the synthesis of other amino acids. It also works in conjunction with other ingredients to detoxify amines, which are a product of protein metabolism as well as working as a catalyst for other ingredients, opening its function.

Inositol- Inositol is an enzyme which is very important for your body, a deficiency can lead to loss of hair. Works with vitamin E in some treatments of Muscular Dystrophy. Inositol metabolizes fats and cholesterol and AIDS in transport in the blood vessels. Therefore, it is an aid in the redistribution of body fat and can help lower cholesterol levels.

Choline- Choline is also an enzyme that is necessary for the proper functioning of your body. It helps to emulsify the cholesterol. Choline also works well with methionine to detoxify amines which are by-products of protein metabolism. Without choline, fats can become trapped in the liver, where they block normal metabolic functions.

When administered properly MIC injections can be a powerful tool for anyone looking to lose weight. If you are over weight and diet and exercise does not work you should try MIC injections.

More Lipotropic Injections information

Losing weight has never been easy for the majority of the population. What works with one person, will not work with another person. Metabolism, diet and exercise are all factors that must be considered. But the basis of losing weight is burning more calories than you have eaten. For example if you eat 2000 calories and then burn 2500 calories you will be on your way to losing weight. The metabolism of some people are much slower than others. There are a plethora of lifestyle choices that can help one lose weight, but sometimes circumstances do not help the cause. For instance, someone who works behind the desk all day will not be able to exercise much or burn the necessary calories. But there are methods for people that struggle with weight loss.

Lipotropic injections are just one of many ways to lose weight. If you’re unaware of this term it simply means removing fat from specific parts of the body. Prior to this, it was only possible through surgical procedures to yield such results but the emergence of these lipotropic injections has meant that it can be performed in a safer manner.

Vitamin B12 and other amino acid elements are the main ingredients used in these injections. The fat cells that have been built up are injected directly by the serum and the formula begins to work. Many people who go for these injections have already failed in losing weight via conventional weight loss methods. Usually this is one of the last resorts. The injection is done at least twice a week and it can have a drastic effect on the body.

The effect the lipotropic injection has on the body is literally instant. The metabolism will speed up with the energy levels being boosted. This is turn makes the subject much more willing to exercise therefore burning more calories. The person will also burn more calories will resting due to the bodily functions also being sped up at a higher rate as well. Subsequently this leads to fat loss because you’re burning off many more calories than you’re expending. The best thing about the lipotropic injections is that the areas of the body that got injected will lose more fat than they did before.

Lipotropic injections

Lipotropic injections are a method for weight loss that can help you break down fat in your body and eliminate it as a waste product. The injection helps to create lecithin in your liver and this converts more cholesterol to a liquid so it’s not in your bloodstream.

Some of these lipotropic injects will work better than others because this depends on how much fat is in your liver. If you have a fatty liver the injections won’t work as quickly. To speed up the liver you need to remove the fat that’s in it and you can do this with injections to help your liver perform better. The injection can also work to protect your kidneys and help your immune system so you are better able to combat illnesses.

How the Injections Work

Most people who have used these injection claim that they work for them. Testimonial s and review of this injection have been positive. While the injection might not work for everyone it all depends on your situation. There have been claims of 2-3 pounds of fat loss per week while using this injection. Of course it’s important to maintain healthy diet when you use the injection too which will keep additional fat from depositing onto your body. If you combine the injection with exercise and a healthy lifestyle then you should see some decent fat loss occur.

Spot Reduction

This injection works quite well when it comes to spot reduction of fat. You inject amino acids compounds along with vitamin B12 into the area of your body where you want to remove the fat from. This can help you lose fat in that one area of your body. The injection will help to increase your metabolism. These injections are great for removing fat increase where you just can’t seem to lose fat properly. When you do exercise and work on spot reduction workout routines you’ll be burning more calories when you have had an injection.

How do They Differ from other Treatments?

This treatment is different from say liposuction to remove fat. Liposuction is evasive surgery and it removes visible fat on the body. The injections don’t remove fat they help it dissolve by increasing your metabolism so you burn it off. They improve your liver function and work to detoxify your body. You’ll notice more energy when you have an injection and you’ll have a better mood too. These injections are a great boost when you’re trying to lose weight and they work best with a good diet program. These injections need to be maintained every few weeks to keep up their effectiveness. You will need to do this if you’re looking to lose significant weight.

How Should I Get Them?

These injections should be given under medical supervision in a medical clinic, or a place that specializes in weight loss. They will be administered into the muscle under your skin and the fatty tissues. You’ll get 1-2 injections per week for about 2-6 months but this will all depend on your weight loss goals. You’ll need to exercise and stay on a healthy diet for them to work properly. You can expect to pay about $35.00-$60.00 per injection so they aren’t cheap. This price will vary depending upon the dosage you get and your individual needs. You might have better luck getting your vitamin injections online.

Are They Worth It?

If you need to lose fat and you want to speed up your metabolism then these injections are quite good at that. They are quite expensive so they are not for everyone and they can put a big dent into your pocketbook if you’re not careful. If you stay with the lipotropic injections then you can see dramatic weight loss over time but this isn’t some quick fix product and should be seen as such. If you need to lose weight and are looking for a product that can help you then these injection are a good solution. Combine with a good diet and proper exercise and you should see some decent reduction in body fat.

Glutathione Facts

Glutathione is an amino acid that prevents damage to important cellular components in the human body by debris in the air, such as peroxides or Free Radicals. Free Radicals are certain atoms in the air that damage certain cells in an organism, causing aging. Glutathione is a unique molecule in that it is actually inside a cell, and naturally produced by the body, thus making it perfect to fend off the Free Radical molecules. This makes glutathione very important overall, and the most important amino acid.

It does more than just help slow down the aging process. It also fights against the effects of aging, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, coronary diseases, and arthritis.

But glutathione can also do much more than that. It helps block drug and air pollutants from causing too much harm on the body, but studies have also shown that if given to women undergoing chemotherapy, it can help fend off some of the negative side effects.

So how can you get more glutathione? It is made naturally within the human body, but if you do for whatever reason need more, than its best to get it taken by shot. Glutathione is not absorbed into the body well orally, so you need to take an injection directly into the vein. Another way is to take precursors, which are enzymes that help stimulate growth of certain things within the body, in this case glutathione.

However, just like any other kind of artificial injection there are risks. In small/limited injections it is perfectly safe. But if you take too much, too often or if you have milk protein allergy or major organ transplant.

There are also natural ways to get more glutathione. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower all contain levels of cyanohydroxybutene, which increases the amount of glutathione made in the body. Milk and other dairy products also result in elevated levels of glutathione. But there is no need to worry about elevated levels when you naturally ingest it in food. Vitamin D, the vitamin that helps the body process calcium, also helps the body due to its association with the calcium in dairy.

If you’ve been concerned about your aging or even breathing lately you might want to talk to your doctor about your glutathione levels, or simply eat more of the foods that contain it. Glutathione is very important to the human body, and it always pays to make sure that you’re eating right and taking proper steps to maintain healthy levels.

Vitamin Injection Basics

Have you ever asked yourself why people take artificial vitamin injections? It not just keeping up with the health craze, there are legitimate health reasons as to why people may inject vitamins. Everything from improving your looks, to fighting Alzheimer’s, dementia, heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol, and even fatigue.

Vitamin A is used in maintaining healthy eyes and skin. If you are lacking in Vitamin A you run the risk of blindness, dry eyes, eye infections, and stunted growth in children. However, taking too much Vitamin A in a shot can be just as dangerous as not having enough, due to it being fat soluble. This means it is much harder to dispose of excess amounts, which can lead to skin discoloration, acne, nausea, anorexia, blurred vision, and fatigue.

B12 vitamin injections are for those who have a B12 deficiency, and those seeking more energy in their daily activities. B12 is a part of the B-complex of vitamins, which are responsible for breaking down food and turning it into glucose, which helps give you energy. B12 also helps in processing protein and fat. B12 injections can also be taken for your looks, as they are responsible for the health of your hair, skin, and liver.

C vitamins help the body produce collagen, the basic component of connective tissue. It also helps prevent high blood pressure. Scurvy (not just for pirates) can be caused by a lack of Vitamin C in the body; muscles weakness, bleeding gums, teeth falling out, and internal bleeding.

Vitamin D is also unique from other vitamins, in that it is naturally produced by the body and from direct sunlight, and not normally taken from food. D vitamins are important because they help the body process calcium, which lead to strong and healthy bones. Young children, pregnant and breast feeding women need higher amounts of Vitamin D because it’s essential for growth. Luckily, a single injection of the vitamin can last as long as six months.

Injections of Vitamin E are currently somewhat controversial. There is much debate as to whether they can increase life of humans, help fight cancer, decrease the risk of storke, or cause osteoporosis. Vitamin E basically helps protect against the effects of oxygen poisoning. Research is still on going as to what other effects it can play in health.

Vitamin K helps makes your blood clot. While this may not sound like a good thing, it’s what keeps you from bleeding too much when you suffer a cut. Unlike most vitamins, K shots don’t help you with nutrition, and are normally given to new born babies who at birth lack sufficient amounts.

Vitamin injections are perfect for those who, for whatever reason, unable to ingest vitamins orally. For some it could be a vitally important tool that can prevent several diseases, for some it can help keep up energy and good looks. No matter who you are, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctor about possible vitamin deficiencies, and see if a regular or occasional vitamin injection is right for you.

Glutathione

Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide containing a peptide bond between the unusual amino group of the cysteine ??and the carboxyl group side chain of glutamate. Is an antioxidant, protects cells and toxins such as free radicals.

Thiol groups are maintained in a state of reduction to a concentration of about 5 mM in animal cells. Cysteine ??glutathione reduces any disulfide bond formed within cytoplasmic proteins acting as an electron donor.

Glutathione is found almost exclusively in its reduced form, since the enzyme that reverts it from its oxidized form (GSSG), glutathione reductase, is constitutively active and inducible under oxidative stress. In fact, the ratio of reduced glutathione with respect to the oxidized glutathione in cells is often used scientifically as a measure of cellular toxicity.

Its chemical formula is C10H17N3O6S, its molar mass is 307.3 g / mol, its melting point is 185-195 ° C and redox potential 0.24 V.

Glutathione biosynthesis

Three-dimensional model of glutathione
Three-dimensional model of glutathione
Glutathione is an essential nutrient as it can be synthesized from the amino acids L-cysteine, L-glutamate and glycine. It is synthesized in two steps dependent on ATP (adenosine triphosphate):

* First, gamma-glutamylcysteine ??is synthesized from L-glutamate and cysteine, by the enzyme gamma-glutamylcysteine ??synthetase (glutamate cysteine ??ligase, GCL). This reaction is the rate limiting step in glutathione synthesis.

* Second, glycine is added to the C terminal of the gamma-glutamylcysteine ??by the enzyme glutathione synthetase.

Glutamate cysteine ??ligase (GCL) is a heterodimeric enzyme comprising a catalytic subunit (GCLC) and a modulator (GCLM). The GCLC performs all enzymatic activity, whereas GCLM increases the catalytic efficiency of GCLC. Mice lacking GCLC (ie de novo synthesis of glutathione) die before birth. Mice lacking GCLM show no external phenotype, but a marked decrease in GSH and increased sensitivity to toxicants.

Although all cells in the human body are able to synthesize glutathione, its synthesis in the liver has proved essential. After birth, mice with loss of GCLC only in the liver die after a month of life.

The biosynthetic pathway of glutathione is found in some bacteria, including cyanobacteria and proteobacteria, but lacking in many other bacteria. Most eukaryotes synthesize glutathione, including humans, although some do not, such as legumes, entamoebas and giardia. The only archaea that synthesize glutathione are the halobacteria.

FUNCTIONS OF GLUTATHIONE

Glutathione exists in reduced state (GSH) and oxidized (GSSG). In the reduced state, the thiol group of cysteine ??is capable of donating an equivalent reduction (H + + e-) unstable to other molecules, such as reactive oxygen species. The donation of an electron, glutathione itself becomes reactive, but readily reacts with another reactive glutathione to form glutathione disulfide (GSSG). This reaction is possible by the relatively high concentration of glutathione in cells (up to 5 mm in the liver). Glutathione can be regenerated from GSSG by the enzyme glutathione reductase.

In cells and tissues, over 90% of total glutathione is in the reduced form (GSH) and less than 10% as disulfide (GSSG). An increase in the proportion GSSG / GSH is considered a sign of oxidative stress.

Glutathione is a substrate in both conjugation reactions such as reduction, catalyzed by glutathione S-transferase enzyme in the cytosol, microsomes and mitochondria. However, it is also capable of participating in nonenzymatic conjugation with certain chemicals, such as n-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine (NAPQI) and cytochrome P450 reagent (metabolite formed by paracetamol), which pass be toxic when GSH is depleted by an overdose of paracetamol. This ability of glutathione to join the NAPQI can be used as an inhibitor of suicide by paracetamol and in the detoxification process, taking the place of the thiol groups of cellular proteins that would otherwise be covalently modified, when all the glutathione been spent, NAPQI begins to react with cellular proteins, killing cells in the process. The preferred treatment for an overdose of acetaminophen is the administration (usually in atomized form) of N-acetyl-L-cysteine, which is processed by the cells to L-cysteine ??and used in the de novo synthesis of glutathione.

The glutathione participates in the synthesis of leukotrienes and is a cofactor for the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. It is also important as a hydrophilic molecule that is added to lipophilic toxins and waste in the liver during biotransformation before they can become part of bile. Glutathione is necessary for the detoxification of methylglyoxal, a toxin produced as a byproduct of metabolism. This detoxification reaction is carried out by the system of glyoxalase. The glyoxalase I (EC 4.4.1.5) catalyzes the conversion of methylglyoxal and reduced glutathione to SD-lactoyl-glutathione. The glyoxalase II (EC 3.1.2.6) catalyzes the hydrolysis of SD-lactoyl-glutathione glutathione and D-lactate.

THERAPEUTIC USES OF GLUTATHIONE AND NUTRITION

There are several studies that support the role of antioxidants such as glutathione in maintaining good health and disease prevention. Glutathione in its reduced form is the main antioxidant cells and protects against free radicals (active derivatives of oxygen). This reduction is possible due to glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, an enzyme of the pentose phosphate pathway. In fact, a deficiency of this enzyme may have similar effects of glutathione deficiency in terms of protection against free radicals. Glutathione protects cells from various contaminants and poisons, including some from the combustion and the smoke of cigarettes. It also retards damage from radiation.

Aging: It is known that aging is accompanied by a precipitous drop in our levels of glutathione. These low levels are also often found in several diseases associated with aging such as cataracts, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, arteriosclerosis and others.

Neurological problems: low levels of glutathione are associated with some neurodegenerative disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Lou Gehrig’s disease, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and others.

Cancer: Glutathione plays an important role in the elimination of various carcinogens, while retaining immune functions optimization to become more effective anti-tumor defenses.

Heart disease and stroke, cholesterol: Increased glutathione levels fight the oxidation of fatty acids in the bloodstream, including cholesterol, delaying the formation of plaques in the arteries, which causes Most underlying heart problems.

Diabetes: Diabetics are more prone to infections and circulatory problems, kidney damage and blindness. Glutathione protects against these complications related to diabetes.

Lung diseases: Doctors are using drugs precursors of glutathione in various lung diseases including asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Highlights new therapeutic properties to protect against damage caused by cigarette smoke, pulmonary fibrosis and other diseases.

Digestive problems: Glutathione protects against inflammation in cases of gastritis, gastric ulcer, pancreatitis, intestinal inflammation, ulceration of the colon and Crohn’s disease.

Hepatitis: The liver is the main storage of glutathione. There is a deficiency of glutathione in alcoholic hepatitis, as well as in cases of viral hepatitis, including hepatitis A, B and C. Raising glutathione levels restore liver function.

Kidney problems: People with kidney damage or undergoing dialysis have high levels of oxidation, due to stress and decreased glutathione levels. Raising glutathione helps prevent anemia.

Pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding: The role of glutathione in the developing fetus and placenta is crucial. The placenta acts to neutralize the pollutants before they reach the developing child. Have been linked to several complications during pregnancy with low levels of glutathione.

GLUTATHIONE AS A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Converting glutathione to a dietary supplement has been difficult, because research suggests that when ingested orally is poorly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract. However, glutathione levels in serum and tissue precursors ingesting increase cysteine. Among the precursors of glutathione are cysteine-rich N-acetylcysteine ??(NAC), and the protein denatured whey. These supplements have been shown to increase the content of glutathione in the cell. The N-acetylcysteine ??is a generically available supplement which increases the intracellular glutathione and total reduced by 92% and 58% respectively. A whey protein called Immunocal increases glutathione levels in lymphocytes of the immune system by 35.5% and also increases the peak power and muscle performance by 13%.

Pathologies associated with GLUTATHIONE

Excess glutamate at synapses, which can be released under conditions such as traumatic brain injury, can prevent the absorption of cysteine, necessary for the construction of glutathione. Without the protection against oxidative damage offered by glutathione, cells may be damaged or die.

WHAT IS IT?

Vitamins are compounds that you must have for normal growth and good health. They are needed in small quantities and are usually found in the foods you eat. Vitamin B-12 is necessary for healthy blood. Cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are vitamins B-12 in synthetic form.

Some people have a medical problem known as pernicious anemia in which vitamin B12 is not absorbed from the intestine. Other people may have a gut too sick or have had a removal of much of the stomach or intestine, therefore, vitamin B-12 can not be absorbed. These people need to receive vitamin B12 by injection.

Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin (dissolves in water). After the body uses these vitamins, leftover amounts leave the body through the urine. The body can store vitamin B12 for years in the liver.
Functions

Vitamin B12, like other B vitamins, is important for metabolism, helps form red blood cells in the blood and central nervous system maintenance.
Food Sources

Vitamin B12 is found in:

    Eggs.

Fortified foods such as soy milk.

    Beef.

    Milk and milk products.

    The viscera (liver and kidney).

    Poultry meat.

    Seafood.

The body absorbs vitamin B12 from animal sources much better than vegetable sources. Sources of vitamin B12 are from animals that vary in number and are not thought to be reliable sources of this vitamin.
Side effects

A lack of vitamin B12 (vitamin B12) occurs when the body does not get or can not absorb the vitamin you need.

Many people over age 50 lose the ability to absorb vitamin B12 from food.

People who follow a vegan diet and do not consume eggs or dairy products may need supplements of vitamin B12.

Those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery, as surgery to lose weight, lose the ability to absorb vitamin B12.

It is possible that people with digestive disorders such as celiac disease or Crohn’s disease, can not absorb enough vitamin B12.

Low levels of vitamin B12 can cause:

    Anemia.

    Loss of balance.

Numbness or tingling in arms and legs.

    Weakness.

See also:

Megaloblastic Anemia
Pernicious anemia

Recommendations

The best way to meet the needs of vitamin B12 in your body is to eat a wide variety of animal products.

For people who eat no animal products, vitamin B12 can be found at:

Almost all multivitamins. Vitamin B12 is absorbed by the body better when taken together with other B vitamins, including niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and magnesium.

A form of vitamin B12 may be given by injection.

Another prescription form of vitamin B12 is a nasal gel (for use in the nose).

The recommended daily intake in the diet (RDA) for vitamins reflects how much of each vitamin should get most people every day. The RDA for vitamins can be used as a goal for each person.

The amount of each vitamin you need depends on your age and sex. Other factors, such as pregnancy and disease, are equally important. Pregnant or lactating women need higher amounts. Ask your doctor what amount is best for you.

Reference intakes in the diet for vitamin B12:

Infants (adequate intake):

0 to 6 months: 0.4 micrograms per day (mcg / day)
7 to 12 months: 0.5 mcg / day

Children:

1 to 3 years: 0.9 mcg / day
4 to 8 years: 1.2 mcg / day
9 to 13 years: 1.8 mcg / day

Adolescents and Adults

Men and women 14 and older: 2.4 mcg / day

What are Lipotropic Injections?

While searching the web for weight loss ideas I am sure you have stumbled across the term “Lipotropic Injections“, what exactly are they and what do they do?

Lipotropic Injections are simply put vitamin injections, such as B12 shots, or other form of injection designed to help you burn fat. In fact, the word Lipotropic means “acting on fat metabolism by hastening removal or decreasing the deposit of fat in the liver; also, an agent having such effects.” as defined HERE.

There are many various mixtures that make up these fat burning shots but almost always they will include vitamin B12 and perhaps other fat metabolizing agents such as Choline, to speed the process.

Lose Weight

It is important to decide for yourself through research which types of shots are best for you. Be sure to make sure you are in good health before starting any program and also take care to order your supplies from a reputable source. You want to make sure you deal with a company that has knowledge in the industry, is a real company with a Doctor on staff and has a contact number should you have any questions regarding the products you intend to purchase.

If you are in good health, there might not be a requirement to go in and see a Doctor which will save you hundreds of dollars long term. That being said, if you order any Vitamin Injections, be sure that the web site you order from at the very least has a medical screening form. If not that means the site is not reputable. The screening form typically will not show up until you attempt to place an order, but once that is done a detailed medical questionnaire will appear forcing you to answer some health questions. Please answer these honestly, this is put in place for your protections and by giving truthful responses you will be less likely to receive a product that may do harm to you.

If you have answered all the questions honestly and openly the likelihood of these shots doing you any harm is very slim. These are the same types of questions a Doctor would ask you in person, except they will not only collect a nice fee for the visit but they will also likely charge you much more for the actual shot than a reputable online company. If you are in need of Lipotropic Injections or other Vitamin Shots, we have reviews on the 1st page of the site as well as a banner on the side to a company that is extremely reliable.

Best of luck!
